Awards & Recognitions
Our achievements in the IEEE Madras Chapter showcase our dedication and success:
- Won the Best Student Branch Award in 2015 and 2016 consecutively.
- Achieved an upgrade from B grade to A grade within the IEEE Madras Section.
- Successfully organized IEEE conferences for three consecutive years: 2021, 2022, and 2023.
- Published conference papers in reputed journals indexed by Scopus.
- Secured first prize at the 2019 IEEE Project Expo in Kanchipuram for our project
“Eco-friendly E-bike”.
- Received a grant of Rs. 10,000 for the Student Project Fund 2020.
- Received grants totaling Rs. 79,289 from the IEEE Madras Section for various initiatives,
including Student.
Branch Fund, PELS Chapter operations, and Section Rebate.
- Recognized for mentoring in the Student Branch Leadership Enhancement and Development Drive
– SB LEADD.
