  • The Chemical Engineering laboratory includes experimental set-up for Fluid mechanics, Unit Operations, Mass Transfer, and Heat Transfer. It helps the students to understand some basic concepts in separation of liquid from other liquid and solid, Flow measurements and analysis, heat transfer and mass transfer operations. Different equipments in laboratory are summarized as follows Orifice and venturimeter, friction factor, flow pattern analysis using fluidized bed, plate and frame filters, leaf filters, and Double pipe heat exchangers. At the end of the laboratory course the student can able to be well versed in handling and operation of various chemical engineering equipments
