• The Microprocessor Laboratory aims in inculcating the knowledge of programming skills by executing various programs like arithmetic operations, code conversions, searching and sorting algorithms. In this laboratory students interface the microprocessor to various peripheral devices to generate waveforms, perform A/D and D/A conversions, Keyboard and Display Interface, Traffic Light Controller. This laboratory is used to provide intensive practical exposure to the students in the field of microprocessor. The Digital Electronics laboratory exercises are designed to build and implement digital circuits and systems. This lab is focus on design of different type of circuits that increase understanding of course. The students are trained for constructing the Digital IC circuits, sequential building blocks, Counters, Memory Element Design and Shift Registers.

  • Microcontroller Laboratory enables the students to design and implement various Embedded System Applications using Basic Microcontrollers. This Laboratory enhances the Logical and Programming skills of the students in Basic Assembly Language and Embedded C Language. Gaining knowledge in Microcontrollers are very important in implementing real time projects and it also helps the students to be in par with the skills required in the Embedded System Industries. This Laboratory has all the modern Microcontrollers and interfacing modules which can be implemented for projects as well as experiments and tested.

  • VLSI Design Laboratory aims to impart knowledge and expertise to the students in the area of VLSI Design using Hardware Description Language and other Front End Tools. The coded design can be implemented in Hardware using the latest FPGA kits available in the Laboratory. This enables the students to verify the functionality of their designs by interfacing the FPGA kit to the outside world. Students are encouraged to do research in VLSI domain to enhance their skills in par with the Industry.
